环境：ubuntu 18.04 LTS
运行npm run dev，出现如下错误：

sudo chown -R $USER:$(id -gn $USER) /home/searchstar/.config然后把node_modules丢掉
mv node_modules/ ..再跑一次
npm install
npm run dev就成功跑起来了。
